TELEHOUSE represents the latest addition to the thriving business district of DOWNTOWN Dejvice in Prague 6, which has been developed by BPD Development to great success. The building is situated near Evropská třída (Avenue) and adjacent to the PPF Gate building.
Covering a total area of 18,600 square metres, TELEHOUSE is an A-class office space spread across six floors. Additionally, it offers 1,163 square metres of retail space, which is intended to provide various services to tenants such as a canteen, a cafe, or shops. The renowned Prague-based architectural firm, Schindler Seko architects, has designed the building in a way that meets all the international standards and requirements of future tenants.
One of the most noteworthy features of the TELEHOUSE building is its flexible space, which can be set up in cellular, open space, or a combination of both. Furthermore, the effective module of 1.35 metres allows for a variety of configurations.
The A-class offices in TELEHOUSE are presented in line with the highest international standards. The building is also striving to obtain the "BREEAM Very Good" certification.
The building consists of six above-ground floors and four underground floors. To save time, DELTABEAM® Composite Beams pass into reinforced concrete beams and are connected by concrete reinforcement. A total of 63 beams with a combined length of 670 metres were manufactured and delivered for the project.
