Peikko has supplied Gravity Foundation Technology for the Santavuori Wind Farm project, which is located in Ilmajoki, West Finland. The project consists of 17 wind turbines manufactured by Vestas.
Peikko is responible for the foundation design with the structural calculations, and deliveries of the steel components needed to the site for 17 wind turbine foundations.
Santavuori Wind Park was developed by Finnish company EPV Windpower, which is responsible for development, implementation and run of wind projects. Peikko Gravity Foundations were installed for 17 Vestas V126 3.3 MW turbines with hub heights of 137 meters.
