The office building complex is the first project in Latvia designed applying BREEAM Commercial sustainability requirements.
The main idea of this business campus was to design it as a landscaped urban garden without interrupting residential area residents.
Over 450 meters of DELTABEAM® composite beams were delivered along with many other Peikko solutions including PETRA® Slab Hangers, HPKM® Column Shoes, HPM® Rebar Anchor Bolts, and WELDA® Anchor Plates.
